We are thrilled to officially introduce the Fraserside 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, developed in partnership with the Centre for Community Advancement. Guided by our foundational core, this plan lays out our vision for the next three years:

We remain committed to keeping barriers low, maintaining housing retention, and preventing homelessness across our residential network.

Growing Through Resilience (Community Engagement & Belonging): Deepening regional partnerships, expanding outreach, and shattering isolation for adults with diverse abilities. Through supported employment, life-skills workshops, and social connections, we empower participants to build lasting autonomy and community ties.

Embracing Possibility (Organizational Growth): Building long-term operational strength, infrastructure resilience, and progressive stewardship. This ensures Fraserside remains grounded and flexible, ready to innovate and embrace new opportunities across the Lower Mainland.
